Study Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery in Europe - MBBS/BSc Medicine
 
Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS BSc Medicine) also called Medical Degree (M.D.- Doctor of Medicine) programs in Europe, including Bachelor degree of Medicine, is a six-year course of Medicine, including preclinical and clinical throughout with patients and doctors in English, French, Romanian, Bulgarian, etc., depending on university offer.    Some universities in Europe offer a 4 year course of Medicine MBBS BSc for those with graduate entrants with UK, USA, Canadian, etc., degrees. 
 
The six-year program includes an integrated Science (BSc) leading to the awards of Bachelor of Science (BSc) and Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) also called M.D. (Medical Degree).   The four-year program  leads to the same degree as 6 year program  and is available only is a few countries and not in all universities.  It is designed for graduate students with a bachelor degree in biology, chemistry or other field relevant to medical studies.
 
Both six year and four year MBBS BSc medicine programs include preclinical (3 years and 2 years respectively) and clinical studies (3 years and 2 years respectively).
 
Doctor de Medicine (M.D.) and MBBS BSc Medicine mean the something.  MBBS BSc of Medicine is a title mostly used in Commonwealth countries, the title of Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) is commonly use in USA, Canada and most of European countries.

Admission requirements vary within different universities. The minimum condition is to have high school diploma with good mark in Biology, Chemistry and Physic.   While it is enough to have at least 2 C (Biology and chemistry) some medical universities, others require at least BB or even High school qualifications equivalent to UK A level grades of AAA. 
 
Some medical universities appreciate applicants with professional or voluntary experience and eventual university qualification. Other may organize entrance exam (Multiple choice in Biology and chemistry or English/French).
 
Acceptance onto the program is also subject to satisfactory police and health clearance.
Even if there are no age restrictions, the students must be at least 18 years of age to undertake certain clinical placements, such as Pediatrics (so it is possible to get into medical university being under 18 years).
